SHIPPING POLICY
We make every effort to ensure that you will receive your knife as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Most orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment. Please note that shipping for custom knife builds may take longer.
If there are any issues with delivering your order in a timely manner, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Our flat rate shipping includes sign-on-delivery tracked parcels.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Shipping is usually via Australia Post though from time to time we may use a courier service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link either directly from us or from the shipping company.
Shipping times will vary according to your location, usually 3-7 business days.
If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please lodge a “lost parcel” complaint with Auspost and then get in touch so we can look into it for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that international orders are at your own risk and we cannot be responsible for what happens at customs. This includes any importation tariffs or seized packages. It is your responsibility to ensure your order will be able to clear customs in your country.
International orders are always sent as tracked parcels.
