Our South Wind shares many similarities to our Kita model. It has less belly and a little more streamlined to the point.
This model has no added guard like the Small and Large Hunter so is lighter in the hand but still extremely well balanced and makes for a fast feel. Crafted from s35VN stainless steel, this blade will cut continuously and efficiently.
Knives fabricated, hand assembled and finished in Australia utilizing both old school hand grinding and construction techniques as well as employing state of the art production methods capitalizing on precision machine ground technology in the USA.
